OUT OF THE BLUE BAND

Out of the Blue is a musical duo featuring the founding members of Liquid Blue, Scott Stephens and
Michael Vangerov.
Liquid Blue® is a multi award-winning international events band. The San Diego based ensemble is
known at The World's Most Traveled Band and has performed in more than 100 countries and received
a Guinness World Record®. The band scored a Billboard Top-10 Hit and have released sixteen (16)
studio albums. In 2005 Liquid Blue became the first American act to be signed by a major Chinese record
label and was chosen to represent the United States at the CCTV kick-off concert for the 2008 Summer
Olympics in Beijing. The group has performed at sold-out, ticketed shows worldwide and has received
more accolades, awards and recognition than any other events band in the music industry. Liquid Blue is
a certified green business.
Lead vocalist, hype-man, founder, manager & chief songwriter of the band Liquid Blue, Scott Stephens
has charted the course for the group since 1996. He is featured on all 16 Liquid Blue studio albums. Scott
spent four years as a professional Roller Derby skater with the world champion Los Angeles
Thunderbirds and still skates regularly. At age 16 he founded “Raw Power Magazine”, the world’s first
punk/metal magazine which grew to be a highly successful operation with offices worldwide.
Out of the Blue also performs under the names (Acoustic Blue – USA) and (Two From Blue – Asia,
Australia). Their live show is all audience requests and the focus is classic & modern rock.
